TRUNK OR TREAT 2021 TRUNK VOLUNTEERS (FORT LANGLEY LOCATION)
We are so excited to be hosting Trunk or Treat this year, and we greatly look forward to your participation! If you are looking to volunteer to decorate your trunk for this event (and possibly dress up yourself), please fill out the form below. The event will take place on Sunday, October 31st from 5-7pm. We are asking that volunteers arrive at 4pm to get into place, and stay through to 7:30pm (30 minutes post-event for cleanup/safe exiting of all vehicles). As of right now (with current COVID-19 health and safety guidelines) COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place and all volunteers will be required to wear loves or use tongs when handing out candy (masks are not currently required outside as this is an outdoor event, however masks are required to be worn by serving volunteers when indoors). The church will provide gloves, as well as masks to any who may need/want them. Please note: As it is dark in the back lot, we encourage the use of battery-operated lights in your decorations. Open flame decor such as candles are prohibited, but an exception will be made for a few propane firepits, please notify us if you would like to bring one to use. We would like to offer a friendly reminder that, as this is an all-ages event, decorations/costumes involving witches/wizards/monsters/etc. need to be avoided, thank you!
