  • Mission Services Receptionist

     

     

    FUNCTION

    Provides clerical support to the Mission Services Program

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Responsible for clerical duties for the Workforce Development Department

    2. Answers and routes incoming phone calls takes and delivers messages accurately and promptly

    3. Greets and directs visitors/consumers. Announces them by phone to the appropriate staff

    5. Responsible for ordering, distribution and inventory tracking for general office supplies for the Agency

    6. In conjunction with the VP of HR and Mission, determining and making recommendations for office supply sourcing to insure best price and delivery

    7. Responsible for weekly maintenance and preventive maintenance on all office equipment in Palmer and Nold buildings

    8. Responsible to retrieve, sort and distribute internal mail to Palmer and Nold facilities each morning and afternoon.

    9. Makes engagement and input survey calls to consumers

    10. Makes copies as directed by staff

    11. Alternate Back- up Lab Instructor and trainer

    12. May assist Mission Services Clerical Specialist with data entry and scanning

    13. Performs other duties as assigned by the Vice President of HR and Mission Services and the Mission Services Director

    5. Is able to educate stakeholders and community about the entire agency

  • Associate degree in related Human Service field or High School

    Diploma 1 year of experience in a clerical or reception position

     CPR and First Aid

    Other Requirements:

    License Check - valid driver's license and proof of insurability or is able to provide transportation

    Background Checks - The offer of employment will be based on the outcome of the background check

    Drug and Alcohol Screen - Must pass a drug and alcohol screen prior to employment Subject to random testing

    Customer Service, Harassment, Diversity, Orientation, Drug and Alcohol, Hazardous Material, Loss Prevention, Workplace Violence
