KI Hoops Refund & Credit Process:

Please fill out this form to receive your refund or KI Hoops credit voucher. All refunds and credits will be in the full amount you (the client) had originally paid (pro-rated if necessary).

If you selected to receive a credit voucher, a "coupon code" will be sent to you. Please keep this code safe, you will use it during check-out when registering for a future KI Hoops training event. *refunded credits cannot be used towards 1on1, 2on1, or private group trainings.
