By signing below, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Speaker’s Agreement for “The Power of Meditation” 2022

Host: Kelly Blaser, MFT

Please review the following document. In signing it, you, the Speaker, and Kelly Blaser, the “Power of Meditation" Summit Host, are agreeing to the terms as noted below:

GENERAL TERMS

• You agree to participate as a Speaker for one Interview.

• You agree to record one 30-45 minute video interview over Zoom on the subject area discussed in pre-interview communications.

• You agree the interview will be recorded by Kelly Blaser.

• Kelly Blaser agrees to provide the back-end coordination and production for this event, including scheduled Zoom meetings, recording equipment, promotional materials, event website, e-mail reminders to participants, etc.

• You agree to have your contact email address(es) added to Kelly Blaser's database as a subscriber and stay subscribed until the event ends (so we may communicate with you easily).

COMPENSATION

• You agree to do the interview without compensation and agree not to request compensation from Kelly Blaser at any point in the future.

• There will be monetary compensation for Power of Meditation sales referrals. This will amount to 50% of each referred sale, with payment by February 15th, 2022

• If we re-release the entire event for sale, your team will be advised, so you have the opportunity to use your affiliate link again and again collect 50% of all sales.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The material you share on your expert call is, and will remain, yours.

• Kelly Blaser owns the recording of the interview. Kelly Blaser may re-purpose or re-use your recording indefinitely.

• You will be provided with the video file recording of your interview. You are free to repurpose, re-sell and re-use your expert call recording indefinitely and without compensation to Kelly Blaser. In so doing, we ask that you identify Kelly Blaser as the interviewer.

MARKETING COMMITMENT

• You agree to send to your community 1 solo e-mail and 1 newsletter mention plus additonal social media and website promotions, as indicated in your Speaker Information, within the promotional period January 1-14, 2022.

• You agree to send your community an additional “last chance” message (either by email or on social media) January 20th, 21st, or 22nd, 2022 - prior to the replay period.

• If for some reason you are unable to make the above stated marketing commitment, you agree to contact Kelly Blaser via email at kelly@kellyblaser.com to make an alternate arrangement.

MEDIA RELEASE:

• I hereby expressly grant to Kelly Blaser the right to use photos and/or audio and visual impressions of me recorded by or provided by me to Kelly Blaser, in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission or other professional endeavor in which the impressions may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity. I agree that it may be edited or otherwise altered in a manner consistent and congruent with the original context. I understand that these impressions, as well as my name, likeness, voice and biographical material, may be used for commercial, educational or informational purposes, in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.

• I waive any rights to copyright or ownership in the resulting commercial, educational and informational materials in which I appear, and acknowledge that no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for waiving this right. I also agree to allow all forms of distribution of the materials that accompany the impressions.

• I represent that I have the right, capacity, and authority to enter into this Agreement and that my participation and performance and the rights I have granted in the Agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity.

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelly Blaser from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. I expressly release Kelly Blaser from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.

• I hereby certify that I have READ AND ACCEPT the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof, and intending to be legally bound, hereunto set my signature this:
