    This is a form for making the booking process easier and faster.

    I start design when I receive the deposit and it takes time to finish your custome design. So I send the design 2 days before the appointment day normally.

    I edit the design up to 3 times. Please describe your idea in as much detail as possible.

    Retouching is free within three months of getting the tattoo, but after that, there will be a fee.

    There is 5% tax all session.

    I take debit, cash, etransfer. NO credit

    And I speak Korean as well. Feel free to fill out korean.

    It is required that you pay a $100 deposit in order to book an appointment.
    It is non refundable if you cancel or reschedule.

    deposit will be deducted from the final price.
    (Ex. If final price is $150, you pay $50)
