  • Thank you so much for your interest in wanting to schedule a color appointment with me!
    These questions will help streamline the process a lot faster for the both of us so I know what to properly book you for.
    After I receive your completed form I'll reach out to you *via email or Instagram DM (whichever you select)* so we can get started on booking your first appointment!

    **If you are wanting to do traditional highlights/balayage (NOT corrective) or deepen your color a few shades, you may skip this intake form and book the appropriate length time for your requested service on my Square site**

  • If you answered 'yes' to the above question then we'll probably need to meet in person for an in-depth color consultation! This usuallly takes around 20-30 minutes, is totally free, and helps set up expectations for what's achievable in your hair journey since a color correction might be required.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your appointment I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time. If less than 24 hours notice is given then 50% of the service cost will be invoiced to you, failure to pay the invoice may result in not being able to book with me in the future. In the event of arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please know that you may not be able to receive the exact service you were booked for.

    Not showing up to an appointment with zero notice will result in an invoice of 90% of the scheduled appointment time and the possibility of being unable to book with me in the future.

  • Re-do Policy

    If you have challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit so I can make adjustments with no additional charge. This does not apply to color corrections that will take multiple sessions to achieve an end goal that was agreed upon.
