  • Warranty / Service / Victron Repairs

    For warranty or product service, please include details of the product including model number and purchase details. A detail description of the issue or problem is required. A copy of the purchase invoice can be uploaded below. Please leave the product connected in the application so that we can assist you in a debug process. Do not send items to us without prior authorisation.
  • Order Issue / Returns

    If you need to change your order prior to dispatch or have a issue on a recent order, please provide all details below. We specifically need to know the Order Receipt number (Nxxxxx) or the Invoice number.
  • Tracking Details

    If you have receieved notification from us that your order has been shipped yet no tracking information, please check your Spam / Junk Mail folder. If you still cannot find the email, please continue to fill out this form.

  • Missing Items

    We're sorry to hear. Firstly if your consignment was sent by more than 1 parcel then the courier may still be processing your other parcel(s) - this is very common if 1 part of your order is large or heavy as they are manually handled verus the converyor belt and usually take an extra day or 2. Tracking should indicate this.

    However if your order was in the 1 parcel and missing items, then please let us know below.

    Excluding manufactured and order in/special order items and while not a requirement under Australian Consumer Law, we may, depending on the circumstance permit a change of mind about a purchase for a period up to 14 days from date of purchase, if permitted we will refund as store credit for your item less a restocking fee of 10% or $33 processing fee (whichever is greater) provided that the goods are returned at your expense in an "as shipped" saleable condition including original unmarked and unopened packaging.

    We do not refund outgoing or return freight costs. The refund will be calculated as the purchase price of the product, less restocking fee, and less any transaction fees.
    We do not accept returns for goods after 14 days from the date of delivery.

    Any refund will be made in the way of store credit.
