The Kingston Pop-Up Shop is available on a first come first serve basis. The space is not considered reserved unless a signed copy of the Rental Agreement and $100 cleaning deposit is received.

If renter needs to cancel the reservation, he/she must notify the Administrator in writing, at least 2 days prior to the reservation date. There will be a $50 fee for all cancellations. Emergency situations, which will result in any cancellation, will be considered on the per case basis.

The renter shall be liable for all breakage and other damage or loss to property resulting from the occupancy and use of the building and grounds, other than normal wear and tear.

The renter shall be responsible for supervision over all persons in the facility and on adjacent grounds. Disorderly conduct is prohibited.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere inside or in the immediate vicinity of the building.

No equipment shall be transferred from one room to another except with permission of CCE management.

CCE is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. It is the sole responsibility of each person entering the facility to be responsible for all belongings. Under no circumstances will CCE and its affiliates take responsibility for any lost, missing or stolen property personal or otherwise.
- SETUP

The Renter shall be permitted access to the building for the purpose of decorating/set-up as described in the contract.

No decorations of any kind may stapled or thumb tacked to any wall or surface throughout the Pop-Up.

The Renter shall not remove, alter, adjust or otherwise change any light fixtures or light bulbs, or turn off any electrical circuit breakers. Violation of this rule will result in the renter reimbursing CCE any damage caused by such violation.

Set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, bandstands, etc. shall be the responsibility of the Renter.

CLEANUP
- Renters are responsible for clean-up of the facility. A $100 refundable deposit is required upon booking. Once the facility is walked by a CCE representative and determined to be left in acceptable condition, the deposit will be refunded.

The building must be vacated upon time agreed upon in contract. An authorized representative will check over the Pop-Up to assess conditions.

All garbage must be taken with you. Garbage recepticals on site are the property of tenants and their use is prohibited (please supply your own garbage bags).

Everything that is brought into the building by the Renter must be removed before vacating the building. There is NO storage space available on premises.

Renter shall remove all adhesive materials from tables, chairs and windows.

All counters, tables and chairs must be wiped down and floors mopped. If the Pop-Up is left untidy/dirty and trash is not removed from the premises, if the party stays beyond the ending time stated on the facility rental application, or if physical damage occurs to the property (markings on the walls, broken items, etc.) CCE and its affiliates reserve the right to seek from renter the cost of repairs/replacement.

The Kingston Pop-Up Shop will not be available for future rental to any individual or group who violate any or all of these rules and regulations.
