PPC Campaign Manager

We are looking for an experienced performance marketing professional to help our authors sell their books by means of various Pay-Per-Clicks campaigns (Search Ads, Shopping Ads, etc).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Define, build, and manage PPC campaign structures across multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon, etc)
- Control the marketing budget and coordinate with your supervisor to confirm PPC objectives and align strategies
- Communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives
- Run A/B tests, analyze and evaluate performance data, provide action plans and implemente the most suitable optimizations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of Hebrew
- You have hands on experience (minimum 1 year) in paid campaign management (Pay-Per-Click) at Google or Amazon
- Experience in e-commerce or advertising agency preferred
- Good analytical skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Good time management skills

Project Manager

Our Project Managers are the first line of contact for authors with questions and concerns. Their main goal is to coordinate efforts of authors, editors, designers and other team members towards successful book publications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration between authors, editors and the management.
- Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact by phone, chat and email, in Hebrew.
- Being multitasking and adapting to a very dynamic environment.
- Follow the established book publishing processes.

In this role you will perform literary and linguistic editing of books in Hebrew language. If you are a critical thinker able to create clear, concise content under tight deadlines, then this job is for you.

Responsibilities
- Work with new authors to edit and prepare texts for publication
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers regarding image creation and editing

Requirements
- Portfolio of previously published work and experience editing

Graphic Designer

In this role you will work on all stages of the book cover creation process from conception to design. This is a fantastic opportunity to create book covers for a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles.

Responsibilities
- Manage and design multiple book covers and mechanicals
- Support and work closely with Project Managers on various tasks such as research, layouts, and presentations.
- Partner and coordinate with other departments (editors, copywriters, production)
- Prepare print ready digital files
- Maintain high production standards, meet deadlines and respond thoughtfully to feedback
Requirements
- Previous design experience
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Passionate about book design, typography, color, and trends
- Hand lettering and illustration skills are a plus
- Knowledge of printing, prepress file/art management and production are a plus
- Highly creative thinker who is willing to explore a number of visual possibilities for every book cover and enjoys problem solving: revisions are an opportunity to grow!
- Empathic person who can target designs to specific audiences
- Very strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
