We receive an extremely high volume of catering and food donation requests, many of which are varied in nature and need. In an effort to continue to accommodate as many organizations as possible, we require all organizations looking for food donations to participate in our Catering Credit Program.

Example: Feeding your group/team, "appreciation" lunch, etc.

Catering credit totals are determined based on post-discount, pre-tax total of all receipts. Receipts must be original (with order number shown for validation) and submitted by mail to Moe's Southwest Grill c/o Catering Credit Program 10478 San Jose Blvd., Unit 1, Jacksonville, FL 32257 no later than 2 weeks prior to the date that food is needed. Receipts from catering orders and/or gift card purchases are not eligible.*
