Salon Policies
Salon Policies may not be the fun stuff, but they are important to maintain our business flow so we're upfront about them before you request an appointment.

Hair extensions are a luxury service and your reserved time with your stylist is based on your specific hair's needs so there are a few things you shoud know upfront to ensure extensions are a good fit for your budget and scheduling.

Hair Investment - Each clients hair goals require different methods and different amounts of hair so your investment for hair extensions, service pricing, and maintenance will be discussed thoroughly in the consultation. General pricing for the initial investment and install can rage from as little as $550(simple volume) - $2200(mermaid goals).

Hair Purchase - All hair is custom created when ordered so all extensions require full payment up front and are non refundable.

Hair Durability - We use high quality human remy hair to ensure it's longevity. Ktips last for 4 months and all other methods (I Tip, Weft, and Tape In) can last up to 1 year with exceptional care using proper hair products and following the service maintenance. Haircare regimens, routines, and care instructions must be followed to ensure natural hair and extension hair health

Maintenance - In order to proctect the integrity of your hair and to protect your investment you must agree and adhere to a maintanence schedule every 6 - 8 weeks, regardless of installation type. If at any point you are not able to maintain your appointments or we feel you are in danger of compromising your hair from lack of proper care we will, at our discretion, remove the hair.

Extension Service Costs & Deposits:

We require a $100 deposit to reserve your stylists time for installation appointments.

Installation (I Tip, Weft, K Tip, and Tape In): $84/hr

Typically 2 - 3 hours ($168- $252)

Maintenance (I Tip, Weft, and Tape In) : $84/hr

Typically 1 - 2 hours ($84- $168)

K Tip Maintenance - Two Options (also available for other installations)

Option 1 - The Deep Clean and Treat

Deep Clarifying Cleanse, Treatment, and Blowout $52

Option 2 - Clean, Color, and Treat

A Deep Clarifying Cleanse followed by prebooked color service

Natural shedding of your natural hair is confined by the beads, so during the removal process it is normal to see the hair that would've been shed released during the move up process.

Wefts, I Tips, and Tape Ins should grow out at evenly spaced increments and should remain seemingly close/tight to the scalp for a minimum of 2 weeks. If you find that there is excessive slipping/sagging within the first week of install/move up contact our stylists immediately before it slips too much.

Hair is final sale. No refunds.

Hair Replacement

K Tips - New hair needs to be purchased every 3 to 4 months

I Tips, Wefts, and Tape Ins - Replaced annually with normal use

Excessive washing, blowdrying/hot tools, frequent sun exposure, spray tanning, swimming (beach or pool) will decrease the longevity of your extensions and require extensions to be replaced more frequently.

Hair extensions are a luxury service and we require you to come in to meet with our stylists for an in depth consultation to ensure hair extensions are a good fit for your budget and lifestyle.

During the consultation we will review the following:

First, we'll talk about your hair history for both color and if you've had extensions prior. After that, we'll discuss what you hope to achieve with extensions (volume, length, chemical free color, or any combination of those). Next, we'll look at your hair density and length to know how much hair is needed to acheive those goals. Finally, we'll reveiw the process from installation and maintenance services to products necessary to maintain extensions based on the installation type necessary to achieve your goals.

If we feel extensions are a good fit, we will discuss the cost of all services and hair followed by color matching and we will take payment to purchase your custom hair.

Deposit policies:

Consultation: We require a $30 non refundable deposit to reserve our stylists to for the initial consultation.

Hair Purchase: All hair is custom created so payment is required upfront and in full.

Installation: We require a $100 non refundable deposit to reserve our stylists time for your first installation appointment.

General Salon Policies

Consultations - In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of our clients we require 48 hours notice for any consultation cancellations:
- The deposit may be transferred one time to a new consultation only if 48 hours notice is given
- Less than 48 hours notice - a new deposit will be required to reserve our stylists time.
- Same Day Cancellations/No Call No Show/- Rescheduling will be at our discretion and a new deposit will be required to reserve our stylists time.
For Installation and Maintenance appointments - Due to the nature and time required for installation and maintenance services, we respectfully request one weeks notice to cancel, request any service changes(forgo a portion of scheduled services) or rescheduling so that we can reaccomodate the appointment accordingly.

We truly understand life happens, using discretion when applicable before additional cancellation fees are required.

We appreciate everyone's ability to communicate in a timely manner so that we can accommodate other clients that are on our stylists' waitlist.

Salon Edjii is committed to the health and safety of all our clients and staff while maintaining a relaxing environment. Now that the mask mandate has been lifted, masks are optional going forward. If you feel more comfortable in a mask, please feel free to wear one. If you would like your stylist to wear mask during your service, just ask.‼️‼️ We continue to ask if you don't feel well or have been around anyone sick, let us know asap, we'll get you rescheduled. No Exceptions. If you appear sick, we have the right to reschedule your appointment.💖💖 Health before hair. 💖💖*
