Only an organization's team account holder can renew the memberships for the entire organization. If that's you and it should be you, click on.

If you have not been receiving emails indicating that you are already your organization's team account holder then those are going to someone else in your office. Check with others within your team to see who that is. You can also search the member directory to find out.

If you are assigned as your team account holder but shouldn't be or if you need to change your team account holder, submit this form and we'll contact you.

Login to the team account with your previous credentials (we didn't change those). This team account only needs to be used for a few things: renewing (once a year), adding/detaching staff members, and/or updating your organization's profile. Once you set it up, you can forget about it for awhile. Click Renew now!If you are the team account holder and you're eligible to renew, you'll see this at the top of your account.

Complete the profile with your organization's information.

On the next screen, you'll need to decide how many memberships your organization needs. Review the pricing model and decide how many memberships are right for your organization. Below are some scenarios to help you decide. High School A has 4 counselors that would like to join IACAC as voting members but they'd like to have an administrative professional manage the main team account. High School A would choose 4 members ($80) and not 5 members ($165) when renewing as the person holding the team account spot doesn't count against members. High School B has 4 counselors that would like to join IACAC as voting members but they do not have an administrative professional to manage the main team account. One of High School B's members will have to manage two logins: one for the organization and another as a staff member. Once the organizational account is renewed, the main account holder will invite themselves as a staff member, similarly to inviting other staff. College C has 2 regional representatives and an administrative professional. College C chooses 2 members as the administrative professional serves as the team account holder only and the 2 regional representatives use the membership staff accounts.

Once you've updated your organization's profile, you should see the payment option page.

After you pay for your membership, navigate back to your team account/organization's profile from the top right profile arrow. Click Account & Settings, then Information & Settings, and then Staff. Here you will find a link to send to your staff members. Do not send the staff link if you do not have any "seats" available. If you need to add more members, detach someone and/or contact iacac@iacac.org

If you need to remove someone from your team, use the detach sub-account option within the Staff screen. That will remove them from your team but will keep their profile intact for historical purposes and/or should they change organizations. This video can help you manage your staff accounts overall.

You are one of the lucky ones, like an IACAC "Superuser!"

You'll need to go through one more step to make sure that you have the membership access you need. This is only an extra step for this year. Even though your contact information is connected to the team account, you ALSO need your own staff account. You essentially need to create a duplicate record of yourself but the software will try to prevent that.

Remember that Staff screen (Account+Settings>Information & Settings>Staff) within the team account. Head there and copy the staff link, just like if you were planning to send it to someone else. Then logout of the team account completely. Paste the link you copied into your browser to start creating a new individual account under your organization. Here you will be prompted to sign in or create a new profile - DO NOT sign in. You MUST create a completely new profile with a different username than the team account username. If you use the same username, an error message will appear.

Once you have a unique username, the system will try to prevent you from creating a duplicate account (based on your name) but keep clicking Continue and the new profile options will appear. Do not press click here.

When you get to this screen, you'll know you're in the right place! Complete the profile information for your individual staff account. This is the account you will use to participate in groups, forums, the feed and what IACAC will use for voting verification. Finish out your profile, setup your preferences, join groups, etc.!

Great! Your renewal process hasn't changed. Navigate to https://members.iacac.org login to your membership account. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it using the 'forgot my password' link. If you aren't able to login, email iacac@iacac.org so we can reset your login information.
