We're so excited about our new membership model and we hope you are too! Utilize this tool to determine how to get your membership account setup correctly. As always, we're here to help! Submit this form to confirm your steps and/or for someone to follow up with you!

    Only an organization's team account holder can renew the memberships for the entire organization. If that's you and it should be you, click on.

    If you have not been receiving emails indicating that you are already your organization's team account holder then those are going to someone else in your office. Check with others within your team to see who that is. You can also search the member directory to find out. 

    If you are assigned as your team account holder but shouldn't be or if you need to change your team account holder, submit this form and we'll contact you.

    Review the pricing model and decide how many memberships are right for your organization. Below are some scenarios to help you decide. High School A has 4 counselors that would like to join IACAC as voting members but they'd like to have an administrative professional manage the main team account. High School A would choose 4 members ($80) and not 5 members ($165) when renewing as the person holding the team account spot doesn't count against members. High School B has 4 counselors that would like to join IACAC as voting members but they do not have an administrative professional to manage the main team account. One of High School B's members will have to manage two logins: one for the organization and another as a staff member. Once the organizational account is renewed, the main account holder will invite themselves as a staff member, similarly to inviting other staff. College C has 2 regional representatives and an administrative professional. College C chooses 2 members as the administrative professional serves as the team account holder only and the 2 regional representatives use the membership staff accounts.

    You are one of the lucky ones, like an IACAC "Superuser!"

    You'll need to go through one more step to make sure that you have the membership access you need. This is only an extra step for this year. Even though your contact information is connected to the team account, you ALSO need your own staff account. You essentially need to create a duplicate record of yourself but the software will try to prevent that.

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it using the 'forgot my password' link. If you aren't able to login, email iacac@iacac.org so we can reset your login information.
