Thank you for taking interest in ordering from Kundo's Touch. Please fill out this form to make an inquiry. All inquiries are subject to availability.
Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email with a quote within 24-48 hours. If you agree to the quote, let us know that you accept it via the link in the email and an invoice will be auto-generated. The invoice amount can be paid via e-transfer/debit/credit. If you do not receive an invoice in your inbox please check your junk mail. The order WILL NOT be considered booked until booking deposit (50% of order) or full payment is made. Full payment is required if cake is due in 2 weeks or less.
Payment

Payment of retainer MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Once the retainer is received, 50% will be NON-REFUNDABLE after 24 hours as we would have started securing ingredients/tools for your order. Payments can be made to kundostouch@gmail.com or using the invoice sent to you. In the event that we are able to take a last minute order (less than 2 weeks from a pick up date) a rush fee of 25% will be charged.
