Wholesale HogSELECT TO VIEW OPTIONS! Pre-order your half- or whole hog. Customize your order to get the cuts and smoking just how you like it, or select our standard cut. Standard includes bone-in chops, 4-6 butt/shoulder roasts, smoked bacon, 2 10-lb skin-on hams, spare ribs, hocks, leaf lard, and a variety of sausage. All meat is fresh except smoked bacon.Orders are ready through September-November. Since price is based on hanging weight, we won't be able to tell you your final amount until the meat is ready in the fall. Price shown is the deposit to secure your order and help feed our animals as they grow!
