If you have more than 6 main contacts, send additional information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When finished, scroll to the bottom and click "NEXT" to proceed to payment.
You must provide a Personal Email for each contact (Association/Business email is optional). Provide your contacts’ personal mailing addresses so they will receive print copies of the annual FOCA newsletter. Provide your contacts’ consent to receive Elerts (monthly FOCA e-news) if they have given their consent for this.

FOCA does not retain any Association payment details, and will require you to enter payment information annually. Our payment provider (Square) navigates all payment details securely, and meets Canada's PCI Compliance standard. You will receive an email receipt confirming payment.
