Team Photos Order Form

ORDERING INFO

Continue through this form to place your order. Shortly after you place your order, you will recieve an invoice to your email. Taxes will be applied to your total. DO NOT send payment before I respond to your order with an invoice. When you receive your invoice, click "Pay Now" to pay by e-transfer or credit card.

Check with your manager for your team's order deadline. Payment must also be made by the deadline. Any orders placed after that date will be subject to a $25 late fee.

Each team has their own design created that will be added to all prints by default. The theme includes the player's name, jersey number, team logo, division and season year. You can choose to have the Player Prints without the theme which would be just the image itself, there is a space to choose this option in the form. Digitals include for the image only without the theme.

When listing the photos you want, please enter the number that is BELOW the image that you want, this shows up when you click on the photo.

There is the option of making a favourites list in the gallery. This is for your own use and is not used by me as your order.

COPYRIGHT RULES

Purchase of digital images includes your ability to:

Print for personal use
Post to your personal social media accounts (photographer credit is always apprieciated)

You can not:

Alter or edit the images in any way (including adding filters)
Send to other businesses for promotional use, or for use in other artworks, without consent of the photographer.
Use images for website use, advertising, club use, club Facebook Pages or other commercial use without permission from the photographer.

Saving images from my website, whether by screenshot or other ways, is stealing. Those that do not comply with the above copyright rules will result in being unable to provide sport images in the future.
