Any school group or group of individuals with anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least (1) adult. We require (1) adult chaperon for every (10) students.
The Visitor will provide adequate supervision of the Group and will be responsible for any personal injury or property damage suffered by a member of the Group or by any other individual in connection with the exercise by the Visitor of the privileges granted under this Agreement. The Visitor will also be responsible for any damage to the Cemetery incurred in connection with the Group’s visit to Graceland Cemetery.

The Person in Charge of the Group has the responsibility to keep order during the Group’s visit. Only THREE members of the Group are to be in the Visitor Center at one time to use Graceland’s lavatory facility. Any unruly or other behavior deemed to be unacceptable will be cause for ejection of the group from Graceland Cemetery. These rules will be strictly enforced with no exception. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Visitor will indemnify and hold harmless Graceland Cemetery from any and all damages, claims, liability, cost or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) of any person, including any member of the Group, for any cause whatsoever in connection with the privileges granted to the Visitor under the Agreement.*

I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement, agreed to it, and have received and reviewed a copy of the “Rules for Visitors” as issued by Graceland Cemetery in 2021.

RULES FOR VISITORS

**We ask that all visitors conduct themselves in a respectful manner**
Tour Groups:

Please check-in with Graceland Staff upon your arrival.

School Groups:

Please have students stay within their assigned groups and always with adult supervision. Independent projects are not
allowed.

Large Vehicles:

Tour Buses and other large vehicles are not permitted inside
the gates.

Passenger Cars:

Reduce speed below 20 mph – cars may park on road, please avoid grassed areas.
**The following activities are prohibited on cemetery grounds for tour groups without expressed written approval by the cemetery management:
- Climbing upon monuments, markers, or trees
- Commercial Filming/Videotaping & use of "props"
- Sunbathing
- Disturbing Plant Life - Feeding Wildlife
- Fishing, Swimming in Lake Willowmere or walking, or
  skating on its ice
- Damage to Monument/Structure or any Cemetery Property
