Your Rights The client may ask questions on what to expect during and end result of the therapy, reserving the right to suggest a technique to be implemented. The client may cease to continue coaching anytime, without any question. An encouragement to continue process meeting would take place and depending on best client outcome coaching may continue or cease. As head coach I reserve the right to dismiss the client from coaching due to unwarrantedacts if verbal emotional or physical abuse. Disrespect will not be tolerated a written letter will detail the nature of the infraction including dates and specific language and/ or physicality. The client has the right to review his or her records by transcripts of videos. Right to confidentiality: Within limits provided for by law, all records and information acquired by the coach shall be kept strictly confidential in accordance to the principles of a coach-client relationship. All information will not be shared or revealed to any person, agency, or organization without the prior written consent of the client. The client can raise any questions and request to speak with the coach immediately should any concerns arise, provided that the coach is likewise available to discuss matters with the client.
