General Shipping Information

As of October 1st, 2021, we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for our small items :D 

Items will be shipped either through UPS or USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. You will be given confirmation and a tracking number. Average travel time is usually 2-5 business days once shipped, depending on the carrier. Please contact the respective carrier if there is a delay in your shipment.

**Turnaround time may vary depending on the type of product, availability of materials, and the amount of orders on a month-to-month basis.

Premade/non-custom products may take up to 7 business days to ship once order is placed.

Made to order items may take longer to ship within a 2-3 week turnaround time.

**We do not expedite shipping. If you need items at a certain time, please let us know ahead of time and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Before submitting your order, please make sure that the shipping address you have inputted is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your information, therefore we are not liable for any additional fees including but not limited to any shipping fees and the cost of your item. No refunds will be allowed. 

Meetups

We offer meet-ups only in the Kapolei, Hoopili and Waipahu area on certain days depending on our availability. We will coordinate with you on which day is best. If you are unable to meet up at the agreed scheduled time for any unforseen circumstance, please give us at least a 2-hour notice and we can reschedule another time. No-shows will be subject to no refund.

Payment

We are currently only taking Venmo as a form of payment. We plan to expand more payment options in the near future. Upon submitting your order, we require payment in order to start production.

Cancellations/Changes

Once items are in production, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be given. 

Returns/Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to Covid-19, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Product Information

Please read the product information carefully in terms of dimensions/material used/etc. Items may appear smaller or larger in pictures than in person. Please understand that majority of our products are handmade, therefore they are not perfect and may have slight variations. We like to think you are receiving a one-of-a-kind item! As much as we would like our things to last forever, they are subject to wear and tear depending on the elements and amount of usage. Once your order leaves our shop, we are not liable for any damages or injuries. Please inspect your order once you've received it for any damages inquired by shipping and contact us immediately so that we may dispute with the shipping carrier.
