Terms and conditions
Introduction
Before applying to exhibit at Undiscovered Talent UK events, you (The trader) must make sure that you understand all the details and terms provided. By applying to exhibit you give permission to Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd to research evidence and details about your business and products. You (The Trader) are responsible for making yourself available to participate and attend the event which you have applied for.
Deposits
All successful exhibitors are required to pay 50% deposit of the fee in advance to confirm their spot to exhibit at the event. The full balance will be required 6 weeks prior to the event. A £15 refundable damage deposit will also be required upfront. If the equipment hired is not damaged, only then will you receive the deposit back.
Products
Traders are only allow to sell products which they have detailed in their application, failure to display correct products may result not being allowed to trade as a breach to the terms and conditions.
Equipment
Equipment is available to hire on request such as table and chairs. We do not provide table covers, so please bring your own and anything else which is required for your stall.
Payments
Payments must be made prior to the date stated on the invoice, late payments may occur additional charges or your space being offered to another trader.
Cancellations
By trader - If you think you might have to cancel for any reason, please let us know immediately by email to info@undiscoveredtalentuk.com
Cancellations prior to the event as follows:
Before 4 weeks 100% refund
Within 4 weeks 50% refund
Within 2 weeks 25% refund
Applications made within the 4 week period will require full payment to made upfront.
By organiser - If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or transfer your spot to the alternative date of the show.
