Privacy Policy
At Sheryn’s Hair Studio, I take your privacy seriously. For the safety of my clients, I maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (eg. allergies, skin conditions, and/or sensitivities) or a particular product should not be used (eg products containing nuts, wheat). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within my salon software system and can only be seen by me.
Cancelation Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, cancelations require 24-hour notice to avoid a fee of $10 for a haircut and $30 for colour services. Fees applied will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled. COVID EXCEPTIONS: Currently. this policy does not apply to Covid-19 related issues.
Service Adjustment Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Product Return Policy
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit 30 days from your initial purchase.
Payment Policy
Invoices are due immediately upon completion of services. Payments accepted are cash or e-transfer to sherynshairstudio@gmail.com.
