    Discover the joy of creativity with Pretty In Primp's Primp, Capri, & Paint Parties! Inspired by the popular Paint & Sip concept, our unique gatherings cater to children aged 4 and up. Each party allows your little artist to invite seven friends, choose from an extensive array of lined canvases or freehand painting options, and enjoy unlimited popcorn and Capri Suns. To make the experience even sweeter, we provide delicious cupcakes for all attendees.

  • Our painting parties feature canvases designed like coloring pages, showcasing your child's favorite characters, themes, or animals. We aim to inspire your child's imagination and creativity during this engaging event!

    🎨Party Rules & Guidelines🎨

    - Parties are permitted exclusively on Saturdays or Sundays.
    - Saturday time slot is from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
    - Sunday offers two time slots: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
    - Weekday/Holiday pricing and availability may differ.
    - Please adhere to the specified time slots for scheduling.

    🎨Cost of Party:🎨

     Home/Venue rental is priced at $475. To secure a booking, parties must be arranged at least four {4} weeks in advance, accompanied by a $100 deposit. Timeliness is crucial; parties must start and end promptly to adhere to the schedule. The remaining balance is due two {2} weeks prior to the event, and payments can be made via cash, check, or money order, as debit and credit cards are not accepted.

    🎨Guest Capacity: 🎨

    The party can accommodate 8 participants, with the option to expand to a maximum of 16 guests. An additional fee of $35 will apply for each extra attendee.

    Please ensure that the additional payment is made prior to the event date, as we do not accept payments on the day of the party.

  • 🎨Parking: 🎨

    We, at Pretty In Primp, kindly request designated space for the efficient loading and unloading of party supplies, as well as onsite or driveway parking if available. Should parking fees arise, such as meter charges, the responsibility for payment lies with the party planner. Furthermore, if instructed by the party planner to park in a validated spot and our vehicle is subsequently towed, the party planner will be liable for the towing fees. Failure to reimburse these costs after such instructions may lead to legal action.

    🎨Pre-Set Up Requirements:🎨

    We will arrive one hour prior to the start of the 2.5-hour party to set up. Please ensure that the designated area is clear and prepared for our preparations.

     

  • 🎨Rescheduling & Cancellations🎨

    Life is often unpredictable, and we recognize that situations may necessitate the cancellation of your party. Should you need to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund, including your deposit, if you do so within 24 hours of signing the agreement. After this period, all payments become non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, you have 30 days from the original party date to select a new date. Please ensure that the full payment is completed at least two weeks prior to the event, and note that we offer payment plans to enhance affordability. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the party.

    🎨Rain Date Info🎨

    Pretty In Primp staff is unable to operate in rainy conditions. However, we do provide a rain date option for outdoor events at an additional cost. While we recognize that weather can be unpredictable, we also offer two 10x10 tents for rent, subject to an extra fee.

    🎨Pretty In Primp Team Safety🎨

    We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for all our customers, party attendees, and guests. To ensure we can provide the highest quality service, we kindly ask our customers to meet a few essential requirements. If the event is hosted at your residence, please ensure there is adequate space for our setup, and that the area is clean and unobstructed; we will leave it in the same condition. Additionally, we do not conduct parties outdoors in rainy conditions or when temperatures fall below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to cancel the event if safety is at risk, and please be aware that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

    🎨Destruction of Property🎨

    We enforce a strict policy against property damage. Our mannequins represent the highest quality available in the industry, and we take great pride in our linens and merchandise. In the event that our easels, tables, or party equipment are damaged, we will notify the customer via text message and email. A bill will be issued along with photographs of the damaged items, and payment must be made within 72 hours. Failure to comply will result in legal action, with charges not exceeding $1,000.

  • 🎨COVID Guidelines & Restrictions🎨

    In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Pretty In Primp are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our guests. We kindly request that all attendees aged two and older wear a mask upon entering the venue and throughout the duration of the party. While we are eager to celebrate, our priority is to maintain a safe environment for everyone involved. To further this goal, we will conduct temperature checks for each guest before entry. Any individual with a temperature exceeding 99.9 degrees will not be allowed to enter, without exception. In the unfortunate event that the birthday girl or her signing parent is unwell, the party can be rescheduled to the next available date within 30 days, subject to availability. Please note that all payments made to Pretty In Primp are non-refundable but can be applied as credit for future services.

    By signing below, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms, guidelines, and rules for our Primp, Capri, & Paint Birthday Party. Upon receiving your booking request and deposit, we will confirm your reservation. If your desired date is unavailable and you choose not to select an alternative date, a refund will be issued. To ensure the availability of your preferred date and time, please contact us via email.
