*£250.00 cash per successful permanent placement – to be awarded 3 months after placement start date. Subject to the individual remaining employed for a minimum of 3 months by the hiring firm in the position in which they were placed.

*£100.00 cash per successful temporary placement – to be awarded 4 weeks after placement start date. Subject to the individual having worked a minimum of 4 weeks with the hiring firm in the position in which they were placed. If PMA subsequently places the individual permanently, a further £50.00 cash will be awarded.

*Exclusions
Excludes any individual(s) / company(s) previously registered with / referred to PMA within the past 12 months. Any referral(s) will be deemed invalid – and the information will be destroyed – if the referrer has not or obtained an individuals’ consent and / or signed this form. Referrals are limited to 6 months after date of original referral. PMA reserves the right to alter the terms of – or withdraw – this promotion at any time, without notice.
