If you are a franchisee interested in obtaining access to your various social channels, please complete the following form. You must complete this form for every center you own.
Please provide the following information for the social channels that you would like to receive access to for your franchise.
To obtain Yelp access, you can enter any valid email address that you use.
Example: abc123@gmail.com; 123abc@yahoo.com; etc.
To obtain Google My Business access, you must have a valid Gmail address to receive credentials.
Example: abc123@gmail.com
Please provide a link to your personal Facebook account. If you do not have a personal Facebook account, you will not be able to receive access to your store's page.
