Each coach in my organization will provide a copy of a background check as part of the CUYFCL rules?*
Each coach will provide a Coach’s Certification PRIOR to being approved to coach in my organization? *
My organization will be able to field four (4) teams(My organization will have ALL FOUR TEAMS) – one of each of the following ages with a minimum of 13 players per age group- 5/6 ; 7/8; 9/10; 11/12. *
My organization will secure a field, lined for football, chains, down markers and two porta-lets(bathroom facilities) for each assigned game.
Is your organization affiliated with a neighborhood community council or school?*
I will respect the opposing team, coaches, players and fans. While games can get intense, we will practice friendly competition and show respect for our opponents on and off the field.*
