This form is part of Wild Mane's exclusive new-guest experience. It allows me to learn more about your hair, your goals, and your desired services so we can customize your visit from the very beginning. It also ensures we’re the perfect fit for one another while saving you the extra step of an in-person consultation before booking.

Once your form is submitted, I'll personally review it and get back to you. Due to the major influx of requests, please allow 48-hours for me to get back to you, (Monday–Friday) with the exception of holidays. If I am out of the salon for an extended period of time there will be an attention message at the top of this form that will state when I will begin taking clients again.
