APPLICATION/BOOTH FEE As mentioned above in addition to the $20 non-refundable application and processing fee Makeshift will be collecting $200 once accepted as the booth fee.
REFUND POLICY Application fee refunds will NOT be issued for any reason. Application fee REFUNDS will NOT be given to any vendor who is not able to attend a market after submitting an application and reserving their booth. In the event of a last minute market cancellation due to a circumstance out of our control (ex. stay at home order), no refunds will be given and you will not be able to use your booth credit towards a future market. We will plan for rain or shine but if weather cancels a market last minute, then and only then can you use your booth fee as a credit towards a future event.
VENDOR CANCELLATION POLICY If you decide to drop out after paying your booth fee, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES
Hand Sanitizing Stations: We ask that each vendor bring their OWN bottle of hand sanitizer for attendees to use while at your booth. Vendors must enforce their OWN rules when it comes to touching products. We highly recommend encouraging attendees to sanitize their hands before and after touching products.
LIABILITY: MAKESHIFT, it's owner and it's venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the vendor property, injury to, or death of the vendor. MAKESHIFT IS NOT responsible for ensuring sales. Meeting sales goals is the sole responsibility of the vendor. The vendor holds themselves accountable for all risks involved, including loss, damage, liability, or injury from any cause. The vendor releases and waives any claims against MAKESHIFT, it's owners, and it's venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.
