• The Aligned Lifestyle - Life Wheel Assessment

  • To envision the life we want to lead, we must first understand where we are. In this survey, we'll look at our life through the lens of the Life Wheel, initially determining our values and satisfaction in each area with a concept called "buckets."

Think of a bucket as an area of life that can be at various stages of fullness.

For example, when I worked long hours as a highly paid contractor, my money bucket was "full." Still, my social bucket was empty and felt like it had a hole in it - I was starving for personal connections. And since I tend to value personal relationships over cash, there was the double whammy of feeling very unfulfilled at that time of my life.

I developed this survey specifically to become aware of those kinds of life problems.

This survey will introduce seven of the nine areas of the Life Wheel.

    Each area will consider:

    • What does each area mean for you?
    • How vital is each area in the grand scheme of life to you?
    • How fulfilled do you feel right now in this area of life?
    • What is working? What can be improved?

Remember, this is only one lens with which we view an aligned lifestyle. We won't capture everything right now; other opportunities will be available to flush out your life plan. Be gentle with yourself.

It is essential to be present with this survey: think about how you are feeling right now, at the moment. Sure, the answers will change depending on circumstances; however, the present moment matters.

The survey has 9 pages (including this one), each with about 4 questions per page. You can expect to spend 15-30 minutes filling it out, and at the end, we'll email you the results.
