Kiln-Firing of Glazed Butterflies, SAN DIEGO ONLY (per butterfly)$1.00

Select this option if you would like The Butterfly Project to kiln-fire your glazed butterflies. This service is only available for educators in San Diego. Educators choosing this service are responsible for dropping off glazed butterflies and picking up finished butterflies.

Licenses

Participation Lifetime License, FOR FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS$75.00

Select this option if this is your organization or group's first time participating in The Butterfly Project. This is a one-time license fee for lifetime participation in The Butterfly Project. This license fee is applicable to first orders only.

Film Screening Rights Lifetime License$180.00

This license provides your organization with unlimited screenings rights to our film package for your members and constituents.

Extra Glaze Set$1.75

Each butterfly kit and bulk butterfly order includes enough glaze sets to be shared by groups of 4 students. If you would like to reduce or eliminate sharing, you will need to order extra glaze sets. *If you are ordering extra glaze sets alone, or with a bulk order, additional shipping charges may apply (if so, you will be contacted directly by The Butterfly Project after your order has been received).*

TBP Plaque$36.00

This 4"x4" ceramic tile plaque can be added to your butterfly installation. *If you are ordering a plaque alone, or a large quantity of plaques with or without a butterfly kit order, additional shipping charges will apply that cannot be calculated on this form.
