Nomination for NEA-Retired/ NEA Delegate for 2024

Complete all blanks on this form. This nomination to be valid, it must be received at NCRSP state office by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 4, 2023. A complete and timely submission is the sole responsibility of the candidate; there are no exceptions for incomplete forms or late deliveries by mail.

All qualified candidates may nominate themselves.

Nominee qualifications and acceptance form:

I attest that I have paid my dues for NCRSP/NCAE/NEA-Retired for the 2023-2024 membership year and I hereby submit my name as a candidate. If elected, / agree to attend the NEA-R Annual Meeting in its entirety. I understand that any expense reimbursement will be subject to the reimbursement rules in the NCRSP Policies that are in place at the deadline for the delegate election. Iunderstand that, if I take any action before July 1, 2024, that results in my no longer being qualified for membership in NCRSP, I must immediately email the state office at info@ncrsp.org of my change in status and that I will no longer be qualified to be a delegate.

 

Submission instructions: Form submitted electronically will be sent to state office: NCRSP, ATTN: Delegate Nomination, 3700 Glenwood Ave., Suite 510, Raleigh, NC 27612.

 Submitting the following items is optional.

 §  A typed 100-word or less biography of the nominee’s involvement in NEA/NCAE/NCRSP, with the nominee’s name and local unit at the top. Submissions that exceed the 100-word limit will be edited for length.

§  A current, color photo of the nominee, preferably a “head and shoulders” shot with a light background. Do not send a clipped newspaper photo.

Submit your bio (in Word or text-only format) and a photo (in JPEG format) when you submit your nomination form.  These may be posted on the NCRSP web site to be viewed before voting.
