We are a curated beauty and fragrance destination highlighting independent brands within themed collections and experiential retail moments. We thoughtfully select brands that align with our aesthetic, values, and commitment to intentional beauty.
Submission does not guarantee placement. All brands are reviewed four times per year: January, April, July, and September.
We do not offer consignment, except in unique situations, and each application is considered on a case by case basis. If you are able to sell your products wholesale (50-55% off of your retail price), please continue with the application.
When submitting your application, you will need to schedule a meeting with our team, and bring samples of your products with you. If you are not in the local area of Charlotte, NC, then you will be required to schedule a Zoom meeting and ship samples of your products to our store for review. The address is: The Brown Sugar Collab 417 S Cecil Street Charlotte, NC 28204. All applicants are required to submit their wholesale terms. For example, if there is a minimum purchase that needs to be met, and specify what the requirment is for reordering. Please keep in mind that we are also a small business, so terms requiring that we purchase any amount exceeding $250 will not be considered. Priority consideration is given to vendors that have 30-60 day net terms for payment. We try to be flexible with our vendors in this process, and we expect the same in return.

Home Fragrances (Candles, incense, room/linen sprays, etc.)
Natural Skin and Body Care (Soap bars, body butters, sugar/salt scrubs, bath soaks, facial products, etc.)
Cosmetics ( Lipstick, lip oil, concealer, blush, bronzer, serums, eyeshadow, etc.)
