Hello and thank you for your interest! The Brown Sugar Collab is a retailer of handcrafted products, and we purchase the items wholesale from the creators. Our application process opens up for new vendors, four times per year: January, April, July, and September. We do not currently offer consignment, except in unique situations, and each application is considered on a case by case basis. If you are able to sell your products wholesale (50-55% off of your retail price), please continue with the application.
When submitting your application, you will need to schedule a meeting with our team, and bring samples of your products with you. If you are not in the local area of Charlotte, NC, then you will be required to schedule a Zoom meeting and ship samples of your products to our store for review. The address is: The Brown Sugar Collab 1425 Winnifred Street Ste 113 Charlotte, NC 28203. All applicants are required to submit their wholesale terms. For example, if there is a minimum purchase that needs to be met, and specify what the requirment is for reordering. Please keep in mind that we are also a small business, so terms requiring that we purchase any amount exceeding $250 will not be considered. Priority consideration is given to vendors that have 30-60 day net terms for payment. We try to be flexible with our vendors in this process, and we expect the same in return.
