Availability:
When inquiring about availability, please keep in mind that it is subject to change at any point as I receive orders. Inquiring about the availability of the date does not reserve the date for you. Dates are reserved only once full payment has been received.
Allergies/ Cottage Food Laws
Your order has been made in a kitchen that is food safe certified but not subject to inspection. Our kitchen is not nut free; egg free, diary free or gluten free, which means I cannot accommodate allergy conscious orders. Food Safety Certificate is available upon request.
Bulk Orders
Due to the custom work required, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, please feel free to let me know in advance and I will do my best to offer a solution that fits your budget!
Cancelling an Order
Custom orders are nonrefundable but payment can be transferred to a future order, providing 5 days notice has been given before the scheduled pickup date. Credits for rescheduled treats must be used within 6 months.
In the event I am unable to fulfill your order due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so they can be assessed and so I determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
Order Minimums
I require a minimum of 1 dozen. If you need fewer, stay tuned to my Facebook and Instagram page for popup and presale announcements!
Placing an Order:
Once order details and a date have been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours. Once payment has been received, we will reserve your pickup date and get started designing your order and sourcing ingredients!
Order Pickup:
Pickup details and an address will be provided to you once your order has been placed. To be able to accommodate large quantities of orders, we strive to ensure the pickup process is as smooth as possible so we can be in the kitchen making your treats. Therefore, In the event you miss your time frame selected, your order will be placed in a cooler on our front porch and we will not be liable for theft or damage.
Pictures
Pictures are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with but I will always do my best to color match the best I can.
Product Photography:
All creations are photographed and posted on social media. Typically I wait a few days to post to ensure the recipient has received their orders, so not to spoil an event. If you do not want your treats in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order!
