Agreement Terms

1. I Accept that if I am accepted for this programme, I will sign a contract with my employer "REVOLUTION MEDIA PRODUCTION" Who is my employer.

2. I accept that if I am accepted in the Skills or Learnership Programme, I will attend in contact mode depending on the schedules directed by the REVOLUTION MEDIA ACADEMY (training provider)

3. I Acknowledge that I reside around Johannesburg and close surroundings and I will be able to attend in person as directed by the Training Provider.

4. I accept that should there be a need I will submit my application documents in original hardcopy to Revolution Media Academy in addition to my online submission. This includes the following documents: Academic Certificate Certified True Copy, ID Copy and statement of result.

5. I declare that all the information provided by me is accurate and complete. I understand that Revolution Media Academy reserves the right to verify with the relevant parties the accuracy of the information provided. I Agree to abide by the decision of REVOLUTION Media Academy on my eligibility for the skills program that I applied for. By completing this application, I give consent to REVOLUTION Media Academy to contact me with regards to matters pertaining to my application and to use the information provided in this application for the purpose of supporting my studies.
