  • Reporting Information

  • PLEASE NOTE: 

    Maryland Offshore Wind Workforce Training Program Grantees are required to submit Quarterly Progress Reports and Reimbursement Requests within 30 days of the end of each quarter being reported. Quarterly Progress Reports are due on the following dates:

    • Quarter 1 - April 30
    • Quarter 2 - July 30
    • Quarter 3 - October 30
    • Quarter 4 - January 30

    Failure to submit a properly completed Quarterly Progress Report and Reimbursement Request may result in your organization becoming "non-compliant" with the Grant Agreement and may result in a significant delay in your financial reimbursements.

  • Please verify that you have the documents listed below ready for upload on Part 4 of this form. MEA will require the documents for each item listed below if applicable to your project scope of work.

    NOTE: This form must be submitted with an invoice from the Grantee. The invoice should be on the Grantee’s letterhead or another standard invoicing document.
