  • This form can be submitted by either the owner or a member of our staff at owner's request (an owner's request must be in writing). This form will generate a checklist for us to process the request.

     

    NOTE: If you have received a Steady Rent Advance (payment of your full lease term's rent up front), then you are not permitted to terminate management until the end of the lease. Your contract with Steady (the company providing the rent advance) prohibits termination of our management for the entire duration of the tenant's lease. If you took part in this program, make sure you don't select a termination date prior to the end of the lease.

  • Changing management is difficult for everyone involved. If a tenant is in place, it's even more difficult and we believe unfair to the tenant. For that reason, we want to do anything we can to avoid a management termination. To that end, we want to offer to manage the property for you for FREE. You would still pay any leasing fees for new tenants or for lease renewals with an existing tenant, but you would pay no monthly management fee. While this is obviously a money loser for us, we think it's better for everyone involved than simply terminating management.

  • Revolution does not transfer security deposits due to legal liabiilty concerns (we have had former tenants file lawsuits against us when a former owner client mishandled their security deposit years after management was terminated).

  • Occasionally owners will terminate their account and not pay outstanding bills for things like final utility bills. In order to avoid this problem, we require any termination request to include a valid credit or debit card so we have an alternative means of making sure that all final bills are paid when the account is closed out. We will NOT use this payment method if there is enough money in your trust account with us, it is only used as a backup if no funds are on hand. Please enter your card below. The card will not be charged, but the system will complete a $500 pre-authoarization to ensure there is a minimal amount of available credit on the card. Please note that if we do end up needing to use this payment method, a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee will be added on, but we will not charge this card until we've given you several opportunities to make payment first.
