Please go through this deposit contract prior to submitting your deposit payment. IF YOU HAVE A MOM'S GIFT CARD AND WANT TO USE IT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT PLEASE STOP NOW AND CALL THE STUDIO TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
You are required to bring adequate ID to your appointment. Proper ID includes: State Driver's License, State Identification Card, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, Photo ID with first and last name partnered with a birth certificate.

Deposits are non-returnable, non-refundable. If the planned piercing cannot proceed due to anatomy, we can apply this deposit to another piercing during the same scheduled appointment. If you choose not to proceed with another piercing during this scheduled appointment, your deposit goes toward the time and materials used during the anatomy check, consultation, and the time held for the piercing. I understand that my deposit can transfer to another appointment time as long as I give the studio a notice of 48 hours (or more) before my scheduled appointment time.

I understand that if I change the type of piercing I am getting last minute, the amount of time allotted for the original piercing may not be enough and I may have to rebook, and I may lose my deposit. (If this is the case, please call ahead and we may be able to accommodate)

I understand that to maintain the cleanliness and minimize infection risk for everyone that I cannot get pierced if I am sick or contagious in any way (please call to reschedule and discuss your deposit).

We cannot pierce you if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant or become pregnant prior to your scheduled appointment, you need to contact the studio to reschedule.
