Please complete this form on behalf of the player wishing to referee.
Completion of this form represents an Expression of Interest in the Cadet Referee program for 2023 and does not represent the applicants appointment or guarantee inclusion in this years program.

A selection criteria is used to ensure a cross section of applicants from the club and to balance availability of our junior players.

In order to be considered as a Cadet Referee in 2023 applicants must complete this EOI form as well as completing the Laws of the Game Online Course at the PlayFootball website.

When registering for this free on-line course, please ensure you enrol and complete the course in your own name (not a parent) and download your certificate when completed.

You will need to allow a few hours to successfully complete the module.

Upon successful completion of this online course and associated Quiz, please email a copy of the online certificate to: cadetreferees@springwoodunited.com.au

Newer Referees would benefit from also being familiar with the Mini Roos rules for ages 8 - 11. These can be reviewed by visiting:
