Custom Cake/Treat Order Form

Fill in the details for your custom cake and you will receive an invoice confirming details. Once you read over the invoice and make sure all information is correct you can then submit your non-refundable retainer fee (which is applied to your invoice and subtracted from your balance). Cake Terms and Conditions are assumed accepted with receipt of your retainer.

Number of servings needed? This helps me determine how big your cake needs to be or how many servings. Ex. 24 servings*

Do you have any pictures that you would like for me to use for inspiration? I do not copy other cake artists work directly but I will utilize the elements that you like to create a design especially for you.

Please place orders at LEAST 2 weeks in advance to ensure proper planning.

There will be a 25% charge of the total cake cost for rush or last-minute orders placed within one week of its due date.

Please include if you will need pick-up or delivery **Delivery Fee includes delivery to your home, job or meet-up location (anything other than you picking up): $10 - within a 5-10 mile radius; $11 and up for anything more than 10 miles. No deliveries or pick-ups will be made after 5pm.

When placing an order please be deposit ready, there is a ($50) non-refundable retainer required (it is applied to your order).

If you do not Pay your deposit within 72 hours or communication is not made about the order then order will be cancelled to allow other orders to be taken

The Client will have a grace period of 2 days after the payment date to pay the balance+ late payment fee before the contract is canceled.

Late payments are charged a $25 fee.

Your order is not complete until full payment has been made and cleared. Once your order details have been confirmed with your payment, there will be no changes allowed to your ordertwo weeks prior . So be sure to include as much detail as possible

To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please do not arrive earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up late may result in a $15 inconvenience fee and your cake will not be released without payment
