DUE DATE: POSTAL VOTING forms must be submitted no later than 5.30pm Thursday 11th November 2021

In accordance with articles 5f and 5i of Part B of the Committee Policy:

Elections shall be conducted by ballot and in the event of there being more than two nominations voting shall be preferential. Voting is by attendance at the Annual General Meeting by the nominated Delegate, or by postal vote.

All members of the Association who are affiliated as Acrobatic Gymnastics clubs shall be entitled to nominate one voting delegate who will have voting rights at the ACR Gymsport Committee AGM. This is the delegate noted on your club’s affiliation application and declaration forms.

In accordance with clause 8 of the Committee Policy, the nominated delegate must be a financial member of the NSWGA and must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Notice of Motion - The ACR Gymsport Committee is proposing a motion to change the position of Coaching Coordinator to be known as Project Officer 3 – Education Officer. This proposal is put forward to fulfil a key project of the GC and fill the remaining vacant committee position.

The following motion is proposed:

THAT the position of Coaching Coordinator will be changed to position of Project officer 3 – Education Officer and adopt the position description

THAT the motion will take immediate effect.
