$30 per "riding" family member PER DAY. Once day pass is purchased, you will be provided instruction on accessing the track from the CRMX Membership Coordinator. Thank you!

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - Assumption of risk for minors under the age of nineteen years of age:

The undersigned parent/guardian of (the"Minor") in consideration of the Campbell River Motocross Association allowing the Minor to use the facilities of the Campbell River Motocross Association, agrees to accept full responsibility for damages, loss or expenses which may be caused to the Minor as a result of the us of the Campbell River Motocross Association Facilities including damages, loss or expenses associated with personal injury, property damage or death.

The undersigned parent/guardian will be bound by the exclusion of liability and assumption of risk set forth above with respect to the Minor. The undersigned parent/guardian will indemnify and hold the Campbell River Motocross Association, its employees, volunteers, directors and agents harmless from and against all claims, costs or expenses arising as a result of the use of the Alberni Valley Motocross Association facilities by the Minor including claims arising as a result of negligence or breach of contract. The undersigned parent/guardian acknowledges that by allowing the Minor to participate in a motor sport, the parent/guardian recognizes that there is a risk of a serious personal injury, property damage or death.

The undersigned and/or parent guardian consent to Campbell River Motocross Association, its employees, volunteers, directors and agents, requesting emergency medical assistance or ambulance, and assume all costs associated in case of emergency.

DAY PASS TRACK RULES: PARENT/GUARDIANS OF RIDERS UNDER 19 MUST STAY AT THE TRACK.

Riders must ride in ONE DIRECTION ONLY. No more than 20 riders on the track at the same time. Riders using the track in an inappropriate or unsafe manner will be requested to leave. Riders must ROLL OVER JUMPS when young riders or beginners are in the front. Young riders and beginners should STAY IN THEIR LINE. Riders must wear protective gear including helmet, goggles, protective pants, long sleeve jersey, and protective footwear.

DAY PASS SITE RULES: Riders must not use excessive speed (first gear only) or use undue care and attention while riding around the site and in the pit area. Pit riding is dangerous and causes erosion to the property. Vehicle speed limit on the site is maximum 15km/hr. Fires must not be left unattended. Dogs must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. AVMX reserves the right to have problem pets removed from the property. Keep your area clean. Do not leave litter or bike parts behind. No open alcohol and No overnight parking.
