It is really important that you take the time to read and acknowledge the following items have been verified and provided to you at the time of your booking. *

FULL PASSPORT NAMES Names on the itinerary is exactly the same as per your full passport names. Applicable to international travel only. For domestic travel, first and last name as per your drivers license is sufficient.
PASSPORT VALIDITY Passports are valid and must have at least 6 months from the date of your return.
VISA REQUIREMENTS You have the correct visa or an electronic travel authorisation form for all the countries you are visiting. I understand it is my responsibility to check visas, immigration and health requirements
ITINERARY Double check dates, destinations are as per your request
TERMS AND CONDITIONS I have received an explanation of all supplies used terms and conditions including National Travel. For your suppliers terms and conditions, further detailed information can be found on their brochures or their relevant websites.
AIRLINE MERCHANDISE I have been advised of the inclusions of the airfare purchased (including meals and baggage allowance).
TRAVEL INSURANCE I have been offered travel insurance.
PAYMENT DEADLINES I am aware of my payment deadlines and that prices are subject to change until payment is received in full.
