Please attempt to use a drain unblocker to clear your sink/basin etc. If it is found that foreign items have caused the blockage. For example food or fats then the cost of clearing may be passed on to yourself.

If you believe that the alarm is sounding to indicate that carbon monoxide is present, please immediately open the windows and exit the property. If alarm is going off please conduct a thorough search of the property to confirm that it is not a false alarm. If there is a fire, please call 999 urgently and vacate the premises. If there is no alarm please press and hold the reset button on the alarm head for 30 seconds to reset the system.
