Resection Worksheet

Survey resection, as described by a fellow construction superintendent, is the process of determining an unknown point using known points—triangulation is one example.

This worksheet is designed to encourage reflection and self-awareness. By identifying key aspects of ourselves, we can uncover unknowns that will help us map out the tools we need and the direction we should take. In short, this exercise will guide us on our leadership journey.
