  • Fast Track is a program designed for graduating high school seniors. If you're currently out of school (either graduated already, or needing support with obtaining an HSE/GED) we invite you to check out our year round inCompass Program here.

  • The inCompass Fast Track Program works to support graduating seniors in transitioning from graduation to employment and/or post secondary education. Following completion of a summer internship, participants will be expected to continue working with their career specialist until they are successful in obtaining employment and/or enrollment into post secondary education.

Upon submission of your application, a career specialist will contact you to confirm you meet this eligibility criteria. If you’d like to speak with someone prior to submitting the application a career specialist can be reached at (970) 498-6608.
