  • Independent Membership Agreement

    1. I have attained eighteen (18) years of age when I signed this agreement.
    2. Upon acceptance of this application by VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd., I will automatically be recognized as an Independent Member and/or Independent Distributor of VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. and not an agent, partner, employee or legal representative of my sponsor or VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. and will in no way represent the company as such. The Membership will remain valid as long as Member abide by and conform to the VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. Policies & Procedures. As an Independent Membership, I shall adhere to all laws covering such status as required by the laws of Malaysia.
    3. I will only buy products/services in reasonable sum or quantity which I can sell within a reasonable time and I shall only market products/ services and/or sell products approved by VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. at the price fixed by them and in the whole of Malaysia.
    4. I shall indemnify or compensate VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. from and against all losses and/or damages arising directly out of my actions, representation or omissions.
    5. I have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd.’s Business/ Compensation Plan, Policies & Procedures. VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. reserved the right to change the Compensation Plan, Policies & Procedures, Price, Membership Agreement and any terms and conditions set forth herein as it deemed necessary and expedient from time to time at its sole discretion and I agree to be bound by such changes and shall abide by any new changes. I acknowledge that any violation of the terms of this agreement, Business/ Compensation Plan, Policies & Procedures may result in the termination of my Membership or other disciplinary action deemed appropriate by the Management.
    6. Specific VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. products names as well as the corporate name and logo are the exclusive property of VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd., I will not produce promote or use materials of any kind describing VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd.’s names programs, products and trademarks, copyrighted or otherwise protected materials, except as permitted in VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd.’s policies or with VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd.’s written consent.
    7. VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use Member’s name, photograph, personal story and testimony in advertising or promotional materials of the business and Member shall waive all claims for enumeration for such use.
    8. I understand that I need to update the maintenance of my V-Office membership account in order to enjoy the monthly bonuses and continuous renewal or up to date of 1 year membership "Business Active".
    9. I shall not assign my membership business to any person or business entity except as permitted with VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd.’s written consent.
    10. I may resign by giving 30 days written notice to VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. and agree to abstain from indulging in business of similar nature for the period of 12 months.
    11. I acknowledge that VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd. can terminate my services by giving 14 days written notice and if no satisfactory explanation is forth coming from me within 7 days thereafter.
    12. Venue and jurisdiction for any action pertaining to this Agreement or any disagreement or claim between the parties hereto shall be decided by the Malaysian Court of Law and governed by the laws of Malaysia.
    13. Good sold are refundable within 10 working days from date of purchase as stipulated under the Direct Sales Act 1993. Any product returned must be accompanied by a payment/ sales receipt. All payment made are non-refundable after 10 days.
    14. In the event of any dispute over the content of the materials supplied by VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd., the English version will prevail.
    15. I acknowledge receipt of the Business Plan there in and will adhere to the Policies & Procedures of VKids Trend Sdn. Bhd.
    16. I am aware of the terms as stated in Direct Sales And Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 (Act 500) and Regulations.
    17. I acknowledge that I have read and understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions set forth in this document.
