Terms & Conditions:

The initial sign up period for 6 months, then membership is on a month by month rolling contract

Termination of contract after initial 6 month period, one month's written notice is required.

Clients are responsible for making their own appointments.

Appointments must be used in one month. Appointments can NOT be rolled over to the following month.

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please getting touch by telephone, text or email no later than midday the day prior to your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your full appointment charge will be applied.

If you arrive 15 minutes or later for your appointment without contacting Essential Thyme to advise you are running late, your appointment will be classed as a no show and a full appointment charge will be applied.
