Thanks for your interest in booking a tattoo! This is a form to make booking in for your tattoo easier and faster. Please fill in the form as clearly as you can.

Partially-filled or overly-vague forms will likely slow down the process of getting a quote and booking in, so please make sure you are as clear as possible in your answers. If you're undecided on certain aspects or looking for advice it's much more helpful to mention this, rather than leaving fields blank!

Please note this form is not a confirmation of appointment, but can be a quick and easy way to gauge costs and feasibilty of your idea before committing to anything!

Placement of the tattoo

Approximate size

Ideally in cm or inches - this does not need to be exact at all, but is helpful in estimating cost and amount of detail required. Again, if undecided I am happy to advise.

ULPOAD YOUR PICTURES - You can upload your reference pictures, photos of the part of the body to be tattooed etc here; the more you can include the better sense I'll have of what you want! (Max size:300MB)

Upon receiving your submitted form I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible, however please be aware I tend to tattoo most days of the week so please be patient when waiting on a reply!

Once you hear back from me I will require a deposit (usually £50-100 depending on the size of the tattoo, payable via bank transfer) to book you in, which comes off the final cost of your tattoo. *Please note deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.*

We also cannot reserve an appointment without one, so please be prepared to pay your deposit promptly, to avoid missing out on your allotted appointment.

In the event you need to reschedule your tattoo, please give me as much notice as you possibly can, so I can try to fill the space (and transfer your deposit over to a new appointment date) - failure to give at least 48hrs notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Additionally, failure to give me any notice (ie no-showing) will result in the loss of your deposit.
