    I will provide you with quotes within 4-5 business days of receiving your request. For large groups (5+ rooms), quotes will be provided within 10 business days. 

    A non-refundable inquiry fee according to the number of guests is required to begin processing your request.

    • 1-2 guests - $45 
    • 3-5 guests: $75
    • 6-10 guests: $175
    • 11-15 guests: $300
    • 16 or more guests please contact via email to discuss. 

    This fee will include up to 3 quotes for ONE destination as well as recommendations. Should you require more than one destination, there will be an additional fee.

    PLEASE NOTE: Quote prices are only valid for 72 hours and are subject to change at ANY time without notice and BEFORE deposit is made. Placing a deposit secures your room and your rate. Once you decide on the package, you will have 72 hours to place a deposit which locks in that price. You’ll need to provide credit card information and sign a credit card authorization and trip insurance form.
