    The Fiber Festival of New England Committee is currently seeking volunteers!

  • Description of Roles:

    • Packet Assembly: meet during the week to put packets of paperwork together for the vendors
    • Set-Up: lifting and moving of items 25lbs. or more
    • Check-In: distributing information to vendors as they arrive
    • Office Staff: answers questions from attendees and vendors
    • Traffic Control: helping to direct vehicles as vendors are driving into the building to set up
    • Door Monitoring: ensuring no one enters without an admission ticket
    • Ticket Taking: scanning admission tickets as people enter
    • Hospitality: serving as a contact person for vendors to have a bathroom break and ensuring refreshments are stocked
    • Tear Down: assisting with clean up; lifting and moving of items 25lbs. or more

     

    Please be prepared to be flexible, and some assignments may be adjusted as different needs arise!
