  • We're excited you are interested in joining the GDC Wellness Services (previously Goal Driven Counseling) team! You may review more about our team, values, and specific job descriptions above. We invite applicants interested in joining our clinical team (employed staff) to submit materials and become part of our talent community.

    Positions include:

    • Practicum Student/Intern (2-semester Masters-level only currently)
    • Associate Therapist (provisionally licensed, part-time hourly employee)
    • Clinical Therapist (fully licensed, part-time hourly employee)

    Student Applicants: We will begin accepting application for summer and fall 2026 starting in February. Students should be in their final field experience and located within the Greater St. Louis Metro area. We have limited ability to accommodate significantly earlier/later start and end dates.

    Our application process involves uploading a resume, or CV, and a short video. Be prepared to record (using a cellphone works well) and it's ok to email a link to the address below if your file is too large.
